More injections are planned. Outcome skeptical. Possible Independent Evaluation on the way as well.

After more stupid run-around from Worker's Comp, he has been declared fused.

Still frustrated, still no answers. What's another week, it's just been a YEAR since surgery. And almost two since injury.

Meanwhile, W will have another MRI and possibly more injections.Surgeon will review films at next appt. as well.

Original surgeon does not seem to think surgery is necessary, however he didn't review all the films.

He has been referred back to the surgeon for further evaluationfor surgery. UGH!

So that's the story of my husband's back, in a nutshell, will update when necessary.

We lost our health insurance when they did that.

Yes, that's right, fired him when he finally HAD to stop workingin preparation for surgery, under doctor's orders.

Wanna know how they rewarded him for all that company loyalty???They FIRED HIM!!!!!

He worked in the office for MONTHS when he was pulled off the road. And he HATED IT!

See he tried to be nice and work where they needed him, even thohe couldn't do his full job anymore.

But not his full salary, and the figure is off because he lost alot of overtime when he couldn't deliver anymore.

The only blessing in all this is that he got hurt at work, so workers comp is paying all the medical bills and some salary.

This causes some serious friction in the house, but we deal withit the best we can. He's been off work for year now, unhappily.

Hubby has a serious back injury from work. One surgery down, andanother possibly on the way, and he's still in as much pain.
